Section 41(5)(b) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985

(b)The application for early delivery will be immediately forwarded to the Registrar or any other officer authorised by him who shall decide it forthwith and may, after taking into consideration the facts alleged in the application for early delivery and the states of business in the copying section, allow the application. The fee for copying shall be the same as contained in the Schedule to the Madhya Pradesh Madhyastham Adhikaran Niyam, 1984. If the application for early delivery is rejected the copy will be prepared in the ordinary way and the usual copying fee shall be charged.
