The tenant is in revision aggrieved against the order dated 01.09.2003 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Faridkot duly affirmed by the learned Appellate Authority Faridkot vide order dated 13.05.2003, whereby the tenants-applicants for setting aside in ex parte eviction order dated 25.11.1994 was dismissed in the findings affirmed in appeal.
The revision was admitted vide order dated 20.03.2006, while setting the execution of the ejectment order.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant submits that as per his instructions, the present revision has become infructuous in view of the tenant having already purchased the demised premises.
Learned counsel for the respondents-tenants submits that he has no such instructions, however, he has no reason to dis-believe the Sharma Poonam 2013.09.30 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh C.R. In such circumstances, in the light of the statement made by the tenant, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
