Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2008
(1)The Chairman and Member of the Board shall be removed from his office by order of the State Government on the ground of misbehaviour after providing the opportunity of hearing to the said Chairman and member in this, behalf.
