90. Protection of action taken by the persons appointed under this Act.
- No suit or prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person appointed under this Act, or the Government Authority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder.
