307. Municipal markets, slaughterhouses and stockyards.
- All markets, slaughterhouses and stockyards which belong to or are maintained by the municipality shall be called municipal markets, municipal slaughter houses and municipal stockyards. All other markets, slaughterhouses and stockyards shall be deemed to be private.
