35. Power of Government to suspend provisions of the Act during fairs and festivals.
- The State Government may, by notifications on account of such holiday or other occasion as may be prescribed, suspend the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act in respect of any shop or commercial establishment or establishment for public entertainment or amusement or for any class of shops or establishments as aforesaid for such period and subject to such conditions as it may think fit.
