Affidavit of the Petitioner No. 2 - Sudhir Devidas Gavhal. In the said Affidavit, the Petitioner No. 2 has shown his willingness to pay all the outstanding dues of the Respondent No. 1 as on September, 2018, so as to regularize all the 23 loan accounts. In para 3 of the said Affidavit, the details of 22 cheques have been given which have been issued in favour of the Respondent No. 1. The Petitioner No. 2 has undertaken to ensure that all the said 22 cheques would be honoured.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 on instructions makes a statement that on the said cheques being honoured, the Petitioner No. 2's account will be regularized and the corresponding recovery certificate thereto will not be given effect. Statement accepted.
3. Stand over to 24.10.2018. Till then, ad-interim relief granted earlier will continue to operate. To be listed on the Supplementary Board.
