Section 37(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(1)As soon as may be after the close of a [financial year] [Words substituted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] the accounts of the University for that [financial year] [Words substituted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.] shall be audited by an auditor appointed by the State Government or in such other manner as the State Government may direct.
