ORDER
After making a request for information relating to expenses incurred
towards salary for the OHT operator, the petitioner escalated the matter to the
first and second respondent in view of not receiving a response from the third
respondent. The present writ petition relates thereto.
2.Learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first
respondent and learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the
second and third respondents. Learned standing counsel for the first respondent
submits that the petitioner's request would be looked into and orders would be
passed on merits within 4(four) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first
respondent to pass order on the petitioner's application dated 25.07.2025 within
4(four) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
