02/ 12.08.2011Against the order dated 27.10.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 249 of 2004, Annexure-1 alleging non-compliance whereof the present contempt petition has been filed, the Bihar State Electricity Board has preferred L.P.A. No. 764 of 2011 on 4.2.2011 along with petition to condone the delay in filing the said appeal as also with a petition to stay the operation of the order dated 27.10.2010, 2 Annexure-1.
The appeal and the petitions are pending for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court.
In the circumstances, no useful purpose will be served by proceeding with this contempt petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of directing the petitioner to appear in the said L.P.A. Arjun/ ( V. N. Sinha, J.)
