09.10.2024 Vide order dated 10.10.2023, last and final opportunity was granted to the respondents to do the needful in terms of order dated 18.08.2023 but the same has not been done till today. Mr. Jagpaul Singh, learned counsel for the respondents seeks further time in this regard.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity of two weeks' time as last and final chance is given to the respondents to file additional affidavit for disclosing the eligibility of the petitioner.
