All property, assets and funds owned or acquired, before the establishment of the Committee under this Act, by the Port Haj Committee of Calcutta and the Port Haj Committee of Bombay constituted under the Port Haj Committees Act, 1932 (20 of 1932 ), shall, on such establishment, vest in the Committee and form part of the Haj Fund referred to in section 14.
