Section 34(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)On and from the date of cancellation of the registration of the warehouses, the warehouseman shall,(a)cease to conduct the warehousing business in respect of such warehouses; and(b)continue to discharge its obligations in respect of negotiable warehouse receipts issued by it.
