Section 90(2) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(2)A civil or criminal Court may refer any matter or any issue in any suit, criminal prosecution or other legal proceeding before it relating to an industrial dispute to the Industrial Court or its decision. Any order passed by such Court in such suit, prosecution or leagal proceeding shall be in accordance with such decision.
