Section 30A(1) in The National Institute Of Pharmaceutical Education And Research Act,1998
(1)With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf, there shall be established for all the Institutes specified in column (3) of the Schedule, a central body to be called the Council.
