Section 4 in The Orissa Ministers' Salaries and Allowances Act, 1952
4. Car allowance.
- There shall be paid to each Minister an allowance of [rupees Three thousand] [Substituted vide O. A. No. 5 of 2003, O. G. E. No. 165 dated 1.2.2003.] per mensem for the upkeep of a car.
