[ Provisions as to costs. - An order for costs or an order for the realization of a security bond for costs passed by the District Judge in an election petition under this Act may be sent by him for execution to the Collector of the district in which the municipality concerned is situated and an order so sent shall be executed by the Collector in the same manner as if it were in respect of arrears of land revenue] [Substituted by U.P.
