21A. [ Prohibition of affiliation with Universities outside the State: - (1) No institution imparting education and located in this State shall affiliate itself to any University outside the State of Andhra Pradesh.
(2)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but which may extend to three years or with fine which shall not be less than three thousand rupees but which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both.] [Inserted by Act No. 27 of 1987, w.e.f. 1-6-1987.]
