Section 47(1) in Mizoram (Land Revenue) Rules, 2013
(1)In case of transfer or mutation of Land Settlement Certificate, a fresh Certificate shall be issued and a pass port size photograph of the new land holder shall be affixed on the right corner of the certificate. The same procedure shall be followed in issue of Land Settlement Certificate which are converted from House Pass or Periodic Patta.
