Section 24(e) in Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trading Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Chile Rules, 2007
(e)the consent to a request for verification visit is not received from the competent authorities of the exporting Party or the exporter or producer; or (f) the information provided by the issuing authorities of the exporting Party or exporter or producer is not sufficient to prove that the goods qualifies as an originating goods of the exporting Party.
