Section 246(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)As soon as the affairs of the LLP have been fully wound up, the Liquidator in a winding-up by the Tribunal shall file his final account with the Tribunal in Form No. 89 and apply for orders as to the dissolution of the LLP.
