Section 26(3) in Sikkim Agricultural Land Ceiling and Reforms Act, 1977
(3)Until any revenue is determined under sub-section (1) or subsection (2) every person shall continue to pay as revenue to the State Government for the lands allowed be retained by him within the ceiling limit such proportionate amount as would have been paid by him as khazana for such lands immediately before the notified date.
