(a)[ the Court of Distt. Judge [Substituted vide Act No. 14 of 2003 dated 13-8-2003 amendment of Government on 11-8-2003 and also Civil Judge (Sr. Division) and Civil Judge (Jr. Division) has been substituted for 'Subordinate Judge' whereever occurs in the act.]
