Section 152(2) in The Rajasthan Law And Judicial Department Manual, 1952
(2)If it is proposed to execute a decree by sale of immovable property a Certificate from the sub-Registrar within whose Sub-District, such property is situated showing that the Sub- Registrar has searched the concerned records for the twelve years preceding the mortgage or attachment as the case may be, and stating the encumbrances, if any, which he has found on the property, should be sept by the Collector to the Public Prosecutor vide Order XXI, Rule 108 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908).
