43. Power to make Rules.
- For carrying out the purposes of this Act, the Board of Management, Academic Council or the Authorities of the University, may make rules, consistent with this Act for all or any of the provisions of the Act or for all or any of the provisions which are not covered by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made under this Act.
