(2)It extends to the whole of [Vidarbha region of the State of Maharashtra] [By the Bombay (Vidarbha Region) Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1956, published in the Bombay Government Gazette, Extraordinary, November, I, 1956, Part IV-A, page 321 the words 'Vidarbha Region of the State of Bombay' were substituted for the words 'Madhya Pradesh' (Schedule, Part IV of the said Order at page 329 of the Gazette), and the words 'State of Maharashtra' were substituted for the words 'State of Bombay' under the provisions of section 4(i) of the Maharashtra Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1960, in sub-section 1(2).],
