Section 12(a) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(a)Any person intending to keep video library shall make an application to the licensing authority in Form-'H' for obtaining license under sub-section(l)of Section 4 and shall submit the same in triplicate along with a treasury receipt for payment of a fee as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time.
