Section 37E(1) in The Rajasthan Gram Dan Act, 1971
(1)When an area of a Gramdan village which has ceased to be such village under this Chapter is transferred by the State Government to any Panchayat. the State Government shall place at the disposal of the Panchayat to whose jurisdiction such area has been transferred, such portion of the property and funds as it may deem fit.
