Section 56 in The Rajasthan Indian Medicine Act, 1953
56. Bar to suit and other legal proceedings.
(1)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government in respect of an act done in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall be maintainable against the Board or the Chairman or any member or the Registrar or any other member of a Committee or any person acting under the direction of the Board or of the Chairman or of a Committee or of the Registrar or any other officer or servant of the Board in respect of anything done under this Act. lawfully and in good faith and with reasonable care and attention.
