(1)Every person registered on the electoral roll for the time being in force for any constituency for the election of a member or members of the Board shall be entitled while so registered to vote at an election of a member or members for that constituency, provided that no person shall be entitled to vote at an election in more than one constituency.] [Sections 92 and 93 inserted by Punjab Act 10 of 1959, Section 4.
