Section 23(1) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(1)The Board shall meet on a date to be fixed by the Chancellor at least twice during a calendar year generally. The annual meeting of the Board shall be specially fixed under the directions of the Chancellor during a financial year.
