Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)An election, under Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 shall be conducted by the Government in accordance with such Rules as may be prescribed and any Rules so made may provide that pending the preparation of register in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the members referred to in Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 may be nominated by the Government.
