Section 41(2) in The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development Act, 2012
(2)In lease of dispute between the Institute and the Central Government, in connection with the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions by the Institute under this Act, the decision of the Central Government on that dispute, shall be final.
