Section 131 in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
131. Breathing apparatus.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)suitable breathing apparatus is provided to a building worker site of a working in compressed air environment for his excavation or tunnelling work; and(b)such breathing apparatus is maintained in good working condition at all times.
