CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL
                        ORAL ORDER
2 29-04-2013

Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

This application seeks initiation of contempt proceeding against O.P. No. 2 (S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai at Samastipur) for wilful and knowingly passing an order in utter disregard to the settled principles of law.

Perused the marginal notes. An objection has been raised about the maintainability of this application in view of the relief prayed therein. Non-appearance of the petitioner demonstrates that he has lost interest in pursuing the present matter. If an order has been passed by the Court contrary to law, the same would be appealable/revisable.

Agreeing with the objection raised by the Office, this Court dismisses the application.
