Applications shall be consecutively numbered and registered as they are received and the date of receipt shall be noted or stamped thereon; the receipt portions after being initialled shall be forthwith made over to the applicants.Note. - Urgent applications will be entered in the register in red ink. An application for information will be entered under a sub-number to the last preceding application for copy.
