Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any Rajasthan law, policy or orders for the time being in force, the Government may prescribe time limit for processing and disposal of applications by the Competent Authority.
