Section 11(1)(a) in Karnataka Command Areas Development Act, 1980

(a)[an officer of the Karnataka Water Resource Engineering Service in the grade of Engineer-in-Chief or Chief Engineer or Superintending Engineer shall be the Administrator of the Authority who shall, subject to the general superintendence and control of the Authority and the Director of Command Areas Development to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority and shall exercise and discharge such powers and duties as may be prescribed or delegated to him by the Authority.] [Substituted by Act 34 of 2012 w.e.f. 30.08.2012]
