UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Although several Special Leave Petitions against the similar impugned order have been dismissed by this Court, but another Special Leave Signature Not Verified Petition bearing SLP (C) No. 16321/2025 has been Digitally signed by SNEHA DAS Date: 2025.06.12 15:52:04 IST Reason: entertained and an interim order has been passed.
2. In view of the above, there is no point in now relegating the petitioner to avail the remedy 2 before the High Court by filing intra-Court appeal.
3. Issue Notice, returnable in eight weeks.
4. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Let steps for service be taken within two weeks.
5. In the notice itself let it be mentioned that the respondents are required to file the counter affidavit before the next date of listing.
6. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the common order dated 08.05.2025 in R/Special Civil Application No. 1284/2023 and batch passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
