Section 1 in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of New Town, Kolkta having the areas described in Schedule I.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th day of December, 2006.
