	Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in Ref.No.19381/2017/C3, dated 7.9.2018 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal as against the impugned order dated 7.9.2018 passed by the first respondent within ten days from today and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed to maintain status quo for a period of ten days, for which the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent/District Collector has no objection.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted ten days time from today to file an appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal as against the impugned order dated 7.9.2018 passed by the first respondent. The respondents are directed to maintain status quo for a period of ten days from today. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29610 and 29614 of 2018 are closed.
