(2)It applies to all [hill areas] [Substituted for the words 'Hill Stations' by Tamil Nadu Hill Areas (Preservation of Trees) Amendment Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1980).] in the State specified in the Schedule and to such other [hill areas] [Substituted for the words 'Hill Stations' by Tamil Nadu Hill Areas (Preservation of Trees) Amendment Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1980).] as may, by notification, be specified by the Government.
