W.P.(CRL) 1431/2023 This is a petition seeking quashing of the recommendation of the SRB rejecting the premature release of the petitioner in the meeting held on 21.10.2021.
The petitioner has been sentenced for life u/s 302 IPC and has already undergone 25 years of incarceration including remission.
It is stated by Mr. Mathur, learned senior counsel that the conduct of the petitioner has been satisfactory which shows that he has reformed and has lost every potential for committing the crime. He would be a useful This is a digitally signed order.
