Section 36D(2) in The M.P. Vinirdishta Bhrashta Acharan Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1982
(2)If the District Magistrate is satisfied with the representation he may forthwith release the property from attachment anti thereupon the property alongwith means profits after deducting all expenses charged on the property shall vest in the owner thereof.
