Section 2(1) in The Orissa Money-lenders' Rules, 1987
(1)In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-(a)"Act" means the Orissa Money-lenders' Act, 1939 (Orissa Act 3 of 1939);(b)"certificate" means a registration certificate issued under Section 5;(c)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules.
