52. Protection for acts done in good faith.

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Authority or a Chairman or other member of the Authority or any officer or servant of the State Government or of the Authority for any thing which is in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.Rules and Regulations
