Section 77 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
77. Non-Tariff Income.
- 77.1 The amount of non-tariff income relating to the Distribution Business and/or the Retail Supply Business as approved by the Commission shall be deducted from the aggregate revenue requirement in calculating the revenue requirement from retail sale of electricity of the Distribution Licensee:Provided that the Distribution Licensee shall submit full details of his forecast of non-tariff income to the Commission along with his application for determination of tariff.
