Section 1 in The Karnataka Legislature Salaries, Pensions And Allowances Act, 1956
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Karnataka Legislature] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, w.e.f. 1.11.1973] Salaries [Pensions and Allowances] [Substituted by Act 5 of 1979 w.e.f. 27.12.1978] Act, 1956.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of November 1956.
