Section 21(4) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(4)Tensure of the members of the State Council other than ex-offico member rules of procedure of the Council and other ancillary Matters shall be such as the State Government may by order specify.
