Section 41(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)The Finance Committee of the Board shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairperson;(ii)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(iii)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Agriculture Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(iv)one Director or Dean from amongst the Board Members, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(v)one nominee of the Board;(vi)the Comptroller - Member-Secretary.The Registrar shall be the non-member invitee.
